A very simple organization is proposed for the optimization of spaces: It is accessed through a lobby in double height, place of exchange with the public square, and in it, shelves and information panel leave behind the staircase that gives access to the adult room upstairs. Then, on the ground floor, the elevator and auxiliary services are located. This transit space, gives way to the consultation room, audio-books, computers, press and after them, articulated by a overhead light, is the room for children with access to the backyard.
On the upper floor, the adult room is located and after a gap on the consulting room, the administration is available, which also registers the space for children in double height. The folds define it the spatial sequence of this plant. Two skylights, the patio and the facade will be the sources of natural light.
To achieve a greater fluidity and continuity of the spaces, the shelves and shelves are arranged on the dividing walls converted into carved walls.
