The competition launched by MEDIOMUNDO arquitectos, 1 st prize awarded, consists in the expansion and refurbishment of the metalworking and digital manufacturing at Higher Education Center Professional Training. The design criteria are:
OPTIMIZATION of the connections with the existing warehouse: they share access from the street and it is planned to connect their internal circulations, allowing a joint operation and separately.
PROGRAM CLUSTER, which structurally determine the spaces, so that CLIMATE ADAPTATION to winds and orientations North South optimize the energy balance of the building and ensure natural lighting.
